cyfare.net ("CYFARE", "we", "us", "our") is a cybersecurity research, threat-intelligence and defensive-technology platform owned and operated in India by an individual sole proprietor. It is not a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, nor a partnership firm or LLP; all business is conducted in the proprietor's personal capacity and is assessed to tax as individual income under the Income-tax Act, 1961.

The documents below govern every service offered on this platform — the threat-intelligence APIs, vulnerability and exploit databases, malware scanning tools, free software tools, the S32 restricted identity-intelligence platform, and the shop. By using any part of cyfare.net you agree to these documents.

Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
