cyfare.net ("CYFARE", "we", "us", "our") is a cybersecurity research, threat-intelligence and defensive-technology platform owned and operated in India by an individual sole proprietor. It is not a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, nor a partnership firm or LLP; all business is conducted in the proprietor's personal capacity and is assessed to tax as individual income under the Income-tax Act, 1961.
The documents below govern every service offered on this platform — the threat-intelligence APIs, vulnerability and exploit databases, malware scanning tools, free software tools, the S32 restricted identity-intelligence platform, and the shop.
