S32 Restricted Platform Terms

These S32 Restricted Platform Terms ("S32 Terms") supplement the Terms & Conditions and the Acceptable Use Policy, and govern access to S32, CYFARE's identity-intelligence platform. In case of conflict regarding S32, these S32 Terms prevail.

1. Restricted Availability — Indian Law Enforcement Only

S32 is offered exclusively to verified serving personnel of Indian law-enforcement agencies — including central and state police forces and other government bodies statutorily authorized to conduct investigation, intelligence or lawful interception under Indian law. S32 is not offered, sold, licensed or made available to private individuals, private detectives or investigators, corporate entities, foreign persons or agencies, or any person not falling within this clause. Registration does not guarantee access; access is granted only after successful verification and remains conditional on continued eligibility.

2. Verification

Applicants must register using their official government email/domain where available and provide verifiable proof of identity, agency, designation and authority. CYFARE may verify credentials directly with the concerned agency, request additional documentation, and refuse or revoke access at its sole discretion without assigning reasons. Any false, forged or misleading claim of law-enforcement status is a material breach, constitutes an offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (including personation of a public servant) and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities with preserved records.

3. Lawful Purpose & User Warranties

By using S32 you warrant and undertake that:

• every query and use is in discharge of official duty and for a purpose authorized by law — such as prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of offences, or lawful intelligence gathering;
• you possess, or your use is covered by, all approvals, authorizations and oversight required under applicable law, including (where applicable) orders under Section 69 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Telegraph Act, 1885, and relevant rules and standing orders of your agency;
• you will not use S32 for personal, political, commercial or any unofficial purpose, nor on behalf of any unauthorized person;
• outputs are investigative leads only — probabilistic and unverified — and will be independently corroborated before any action is taken; S32 outputs alone do not constitute evidence;
• you will comply with all applicable laws, including the IT Act, 2000, the DPDP Act, 2023 (including its exemptions for lawful state functions, which apply to the processing and not to any misuse), the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

4. Nature of Data & Sources

S32 correlates information from open-source intelligence (OSINT), publicly accessible sources and breach/leak corpora circulating in the public domain. CYFARE does not itself intercept communications or access any computer resource without authorization. Inclusion of any data point in a dossier does not assert its accuracy, currency or authenticity.

5. Accountability, Logging & Audit

All S32 queries are logged with user identity, timestamp and query parameters, and retained for security, audit and legal compliance. Logs may be disclosed to competent authorities upon lawful requisition, and to the user's own agency where misuse is suspected. Accounts are personal to the verified officer; sharing of credentials or outputs with unauthorized persons is prohibited.

6. Suspension, Termination & Reporting

CYFARE may suspend or terminate S32 access immediately upon suspected misuse, loss of eligibility, direction of a court or government authority, or breach of these S32 Terms. Suspected unlawful use will be reported to the appropriate authority.

7. Liability

In addition to the disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Terms & Conditions, the user and the user's agency are solely responsible for the legality of each use of S32 and for actions taken in reliance on its outputs. CYFARE assumes no liability for investigative, operational or legal consequences of use.
